Aelin d96379c4de linux-postmarketos-stable: Fix dtbs install path ...

We have to install dtbs to /boot/dtbs, otherwise U-Boot cannot find
them.

Also set replaces=linux-stable since the kernel.release file path
matches that of linux-stable in Alpine.
