Remove nonfree-firmware subpackage from soc-qcom-sdm660. The only cosumer of it was nonfree-firmware subpackage in device-sony-pioneer. So remove nonfree-firmware subpackage from device-sony-pioneer and put original contents of soc-qcom-sdm660-nonfree-firmware into firmware-sony-ninges. In firmware-sony-ninges replace too big linux-firmware-qcom dependency (150 Mb) by much smaller (42 Kb) package with only GPU firmware (firmware-qcom-adreno-a530). While we are fixing device-sony-pioneer, drop phoc.ini and related -phosh subpackage from it as well. And Xperia XA2 is actually GPU accelerated, mark it as such.
