Alexey Minnekhanov d701fd5ca4 device-xiaomi-lavender: add Shenchao variant, updates to kernel 6.17 
Add variant with Shenchao panel. This variant is using the same panel
driver as Tianma one, so its modules-initfs file is symlink to
modules-initfs.tianma.

Switch to DPU driver (instead of MDP5) for display.

Update modules names to the ones used in 6.17 kernel.

Fix deviceinfo linter issues.
