Aster Boese 697fab6ef9 oneplus-fajita: remove irrelevant comments from deviceinfo ...

These comments got left over from moving the cmdline to kernel-cmdline.d.
Therefore, remove them to not confuse readers into thinking that
generating a bootimg has something to do with a race condition.
