Several LoongArch mainboards have RTL NICs that want firmware or
otherwise log soft error like

[   26.928046] r8169 0000:03:00.0: Unable to load firmware rtl_nic/rtl8168h-2.fw (-2)

Add the necessary linux-firmware files to silence them.
