Luca Weiss e145309671 linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8974: fix samsung-hlte missing from Makefile (MR 5536) ...

In the 6.9 branch during development and rebasing this chunk seems to
have disappeared. Since 6.10 msm8974 release is coming probably not
super soon, patch it now so hlte gets its dts back.
