Clayton Craft ac433eed9c linux-postmarketos-asahi: upgrade to 6.17.5-1 ...

Upstream now has a fragment so we no longer need 'device.config', but
there are some bugs with it (reported upstream) so we need to patch it
for now.

pmos.config fragment was also re-sync'd with kconfigcheck.toml
