Framebuffer stays black on the <2s loop -> the kernel dies before any console, i.e. in setup_arch(). Neither sm8550.dtsi nor our .dts has a /memory node; if the Motorola ABL does not inject one for our DTB the kernel has no RAM and panics immediately. Copy the stock bank layout.
