Ferass El Hafidi af04558fd9 device-samsung-kona: take over maintenance ...

There is no maintainer right now that is available to maintain this
port. I have this device, use it daily, and can commit to maintaining
this port. If someone wants to maintain it alongside me, that is
appreciated of course.
