Eisenbahnfan a2d63ae730 u-boot-exynos5420: Fix slow EFI boot time ...

CONFIG_EFI_GRUB_ARM32_WORKAROUND always disables the caches and mmu. EFI
requires that those are enabled. As a result it takes long to uncompress
the vmlinuz file.

The new u-boot release has this option disabled and thus boots far faster.
