Aelin 07966102d7 Revert "systemd/systemd: build with SELinux support" ...

This reverts commit 688a1c53f1.

It created a dependency on a linux-pam linked against libselinux-dev,
which the one in Alpine currently isn't built against. This went
unnoticed because it only affected systemd --user instances, which
console UI does not seem to depend on as much.
