Aster Boese befad63cc6 linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8916: convert CONFIG_LEDS_QCOM_LPG to built-in 
This config needs to be built-in to ensure that it is loaded ASAP during boot and doesn't
depend on module loading logic.
