Stefan Hansson a652a6f334 CI: Set args.ccache in conftest.py

Fixes CI being broken everywhere:

      File "/builds/postmarketOS/pmaports/.ci/testcases/conftest.py", line 32, in args
        init_args(args)
      File "/tmp/pmbootstrap/pmb/helpers/args.py", line 94, in init
        context.ccache = args.ccache
                     ^^^^^^^^^^^
    AttributeError: 'PmbArgs' object has no attribute 'ccache'
