Ferass El Hafidi bdbb8009d1 linux-postmarketos-amlogic: temporarily disable etnaviv NPU ...

It is causing Wayland to not work and eglinfo to segfault on boards that
have their NPU enabled in their devicetree (VIM3, LC Cottonwood).

Ideally we should figure out why that is, but for now let's just disable
it to buy us some time.
