So 'pmbootstrap flasher flash_vbmeta' generates + flashes a verification-disabled vbmeta. Motorola bootloaders can still enforce AVB on boot/dtbo/init_boot/vendor_boot even when unlocked, rebooting when the flashed images don't match the stock vbmeta hashes.
