Ferass El Hafidi c8e83f9c9f device-xiaomi-vayu: move back to testing ...

It seems to have been mistakenly archived. Someone had taken over
maintainership 2 months ago (pmaports!8332) and now is confused that
it got archived anyway.

Fixes #4664

This reverts commit d3998f0189.
