Rudraksha Gupta 05c0292ba9 linux-next: build using clang and enable Rust ...

The rational behind this is no actual functionality is lost, we just
gain the ability to now run Rust drivers (if they come out/we develop
them). It should be stable enough since Android manufacturers switched
to Clang a long time ago.

Currently, I foresee no drawbacks with this change.
