Dylan Van Assche b75d4fa94d main/postmarketos-mkinitfs-hook-netboot: mark conflict with usb-moded 
In netboot mode, the USB connection must remain as is from the initramfs
to avoid breaking netboot mode. If usb-moded is started in netboot mode,
it will reconfigure the USB gadget, therefore mark it as conflict.
