Duje Mihanović e2a6787183 linux-samsung-coreprimevelte: upgrade to 6.19.10 ...

Many of the patches were upstreamed in 6.19, so they are dropped here.

Besides that, there are two new QoL patches (to be upstreamed
eventually) and kconfig fixes.
