Our libcamera fork needs a rebuild, as pointed out by the
upstream-compat monitoring job:

Increase 'libcamera' pkgrel (9 -> 10), missing depend(s): so:libgtest.so.1.15.2
[ci:skip-build]: already built successfully in CI
