Sonya Sireneva 4824970fa1 device-samsung-a6lte-downstream: mount /efs ...

It seems that pmbootstrap overwrites /etc/fstab with its own contents
after the post-install scripts have already run. Mount /efs in the
samsungipcd startup script instead.
