add xorg-rotate-monitor.conf file to set default xorg rotation to portrait mode,
  matching the 'native' orientation of the touchscreen. Add x11 subpackages
  entry to APKBUILD to install xorg conf file.

In deviceinfo, add deviceinfo_drm flag to match with other similar devices

bump pkgver of apkbuild and update checksums
