Migrate the kernel to fragment-based configuration and move patches away from the pmaports tree, aligning with other pmOS kernels. Hardware support is also slightly improved, gaining USB OTG and preliminary hwmon support. pahole, linux-headers, elfutils-dev and python3 are added to makedepends to allow enabling BTF.
