firmware-odroid-u2 provides the bootloaders that are necessary to boot the system. There is no reason to always boot with loglevel=9, or with rw, and most often not with PMOS_FORCE_PARTITION_RESIZE. Part-of: https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/merge_requests/6848
