Aster Boese 005457fa00 main/postmarketos-base-ui: add pipewire-spa-libcamera and pipewire-webrtc as dependencies ...

These subpackages were recently split out of pipewire and broke
camera and webrtc support. These must be added to depends as
there is no way to install_if with flatpaks and these were
previously already part of the pipewire package, so the status-
quo does not change.
