kconfig-generic: Drop QCOM_GSBI
This config is only for 32-bit ARM devices and on -next, it was properly gated to ARM and cannot be enabled on ARM64 kernels anymore. This causes our linux-next upgrades to fail since the config doesn't apply anymore. multi_v7_defconfig on ARM already enables QCOM_GSBI, so no change is necessary there.
