main/postmarketos-ui-sxmo-*: add wallpaper (MR 5195)

Add postmarketos-artwork-wallpapers to _pmb_recommends, so Sxmo shows the postmarketOS wallpaper. Related: https://todo.sr.ht/~mil/sxmo-tickets/602 Related: pmaports issue 2499 [ci:skip-build]: already built successfully in CI
