main/postmarketos-base-ui: Add alsa-utils to postmarketos-base-ui-audio

The UCM for some devices, such as MT8192 Chromebooks, relies on the
alsactl save/restore service to initialize default audio mixer settings.
Without this, the audio server is unable to control the sound card.
