main/postmarketos-ui-{mate,xfce4}: add alsa-plugins-pulse (MR 3472)

Package alsa-plugins-pulse forewards PulseAudio interfaces to ALSA. This helps to clean up the mess of PulseAudio vs. ALSA. [ci:skip-vercheck]
