main/postmarketos-ui-phosh: rename kgx to gnome-console (MR 3638)

kgx was renamed to gnome-console with the release of version 42.beta, so
let's reflect that in our Phosh UI package.

[ci:skip-vercheck]: pkgrel bump is not necessary when changing
recommends.
