device-google-gru: add spi-rockchip to modules-initfs

This makes FDE installations on google-bob work, previously after the white bootloader screen the device would only show a black screen with no FDE password prompt. Part-of: <https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/merge_requests/9259>
