The qrtr-openrc package was removed in 94a777390c
but somehow still left in depends of this package.
Fix the errors like:
ERROR: unable to select packages:
qrtr-openrc (no such package):
required by: soc-qcom-sc8180x-nonfree-firmware-openrc-1-r1[qrtr-openrc]
This is the one and only mention of qrtr-openrc package in pmaports.
P.S. It's very telling how many users sc8180x has, if this was unnoticed
for 8 months.

Include Qualcomm display subsystem and Adreno GPU driver, along
with panel driver into initramfs.
And mark devices as GPU accelerated to allow using all the UIs.
This release has several little but neat fixes not really worth
mentioning, but most notable features are:
* Xiaomi Mi PAD 4 and PLUS (clover) *both* now have proper panel
driver and full GPU support. On par with other our devices now.
Thanks to @kubntd for code and @barni2000 for testing !
* ath10k wlan no-msa-indication hack was dropped in favor of
solution that was accepted upstream.
* Adreno 5xx preemption fixes were also included.
- Support for the huawei-g7 display panel in lk1st
- FS based boot is skipped when going to the recovery
- Generate image without appended dtb for lk2nd-msm8226
- Some bug fixes and device improvements
New devices:
- Samsung Galaxy Ace 4 (SM-G357FZ)
- Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 (SM-G7102)
- Samsung Galaxy Grand Max (SM-G720AX)
- Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 (2014) (SM-T530)
- Huawei Ascend G6 L11 LTE
- Some new variants for the existing Samsung devices
Changelog: https://github.com/msm8916-mainline/lk2nd/releases/tag/0.13.0
Upgrade to fresh Linux release.
Enable more features in kernel from pmbootstrap kconfig check:
anbox, containers, iwd, nftables, zram.
Disable CONFIG_REGULATOR_DEBUG to reduce dmesg spam.
DRM and PANEL_SIMPLE are now built-in (DRM_MSM is still "m").
Switch to framebuffer from SIMPLEFB to tinydrm (SIMPLEDRM=y).
Switch APKBUILD to use "make zinstall" approach.
(Device packages might need small adjustments to initfs modules list.)
In preparation to removal of linux-postmarketos repo, switch
source to different source mirror.
P.S: sourcehut can't serve bz2 archives, I had to switch to gz
P.P.S: I'm not sure I'll keep repo on sourcehut forever, but let's try

In preparation to removal of linux-postmarketos repo, switch
source to different source mirror.
I had to switch to gzip archive, because github doesn't serve bzip2.
I did a kconfig edit -> change nothing -> exit saving to regenerate config.

- Secondary core bringup on non-psci firmware is now done by lk2nd
- rproc selection is now handled by lk2nd

With selinux enabled, build fails with gcc-11 with multiple errors like this:
/home/pmos/build/src/android_kernel_oneplus_sm8250-0c1bed1067131a0bd3e56c1cbdd3473606c5a48a/out/../security/selinux/hooks.c:5553:(.text+0xb34): relocation truncated to fit: R_AARCH64_ADR_PREL_PG_HI21 against `.bss.rtic'
Selinux is not required for pmOS, so this change should be safe.
Simple upgrade with few generic kernel features enabled
* IWD support
* F2FS
* NTFS3_FS
* USB mass storage support
* disable MTD and build more things as modules to reduce
kernel size to compensate some new built-in options,
as kernel doesn't boot otherwise.
No new things for pmOS's devices (yet). Should work same as before.

Should work same as before.
Slightly tweaked kernel config options:
* default cpufreq governor is now "conservative" instead of "performance", which should be better for devices running on battery. Not that it matters, MSM8974 does not have cpufreq support anyway.
* enabled CONFIG_ARM_QCOM_SPM_CPUIDLE, which was missing! At least some cpuide is better than none at all.
* 2 missing options for nftables: CONFIG_IP6_NF_FILTER, CONFIG_IP6_NF_TARGET_REJECT
* few missing options for wg-quick: CONFIG_IPV6_MULTIPLE_TABLES, CONFIG_IP_MULTIPLE_TABLES, CONFIG_IP6_NF_RAW, CONFIG_IP_NF_RAW
WWAN subsystem is not enabled.
BAM-DMUX upgraded to version "v3" (subnode of modem remoteproc)
Mark kernel package as supporting anbox, containers (in addition to nftables)

My engineering prototype 1 Gb pinetab is close to unusable,
so I can't use it to test pmOS. Also, PINE64 is no longer
selling these devices, and the ones that were sent previously
to some developers use different display panel anyway.
Martijn Braam and Dylan Van Assche agreed to maintain it.

Missing '/' in aports path will make glob below invalid.
It will find 0 files and thus effectively skip all tests.
Construct full path using f-strings.
Double '/' in path that can be there if args.aports ends
with slash is harmless.
This is needed urgently to prevent `make oldconfig` from asking
questions about new options since 5.10 and thus unblock the
broken aarch64 BPO builder.
- Add support for Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (hlte)
- Changes to kernel config:
- add support for anbox
- add support for nftables
- add support for lxc, docker
- add support for Wireguard
- Disable CONFIG_ARM_APPENDED_DTB (for lk2nd compatibility)

[ci:skip-build] Never succeeds in time, too many packages for CI
[ci:skip-vercheck] We need our Mauikit to have -r1 to be newer
than in Alpine repos, but the CI requires all new packages to
have -r0.
* Mainline kernel: enable installation of Wi-Fi firmware.
Now that we have Wi-Fi support in mainline kernel, use it.
* Mainline kernel: adjust description of mainline kernel
subpackage; we still cannot recommend it over downstream,
but it is not so experimental anymore.
* Downstream kernel: add workaround for broken SSH:
use dropbear instead of openssh server. See #808https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/issues/808
Battery percentage monitoring support:
* lg-hammerhead
* samsung-klte
Mobile internet support:
* fairphone-fp2
