Migrate the kernel to fragment-based configuration and move patches away
from the pmaports tree, aligning with other pmOS kernels.
Hardware support is also slightly improved, gaining USB OTG and
preliminary hwmon support.
pahole, linux-headers, elfutils-dev and python3 are added to makedepends
to allow enabling BTF.

The new U-Boot supports the phone's MMC controllers, so let's use that
to enable UEFI boot.
This allows us to drop initfs-extra, avoid reflashing the kernel to the
boot partition every upgrade, fix kernel-cmdline and future-proof the
port in general.

The calibration is loaded from firmware, which in turn is done through a
modprobe config file.
Besides this, there're a few QoL fixes:
* Update my email in maintainer=
* Drop _pmb_recommends approach for firmware, it's now depended on
* Sort depends alphabetically

It has been found that the calibration files, while not mandatory, could
be useful with the mainline mwifiex driver as well. Install those on
mainline as well and leave the -downstream subpackage as a stub for
-downstream-openrc.
Also, switch from installing the firmware to /usr/lib instead of /lib to
suppress warnings.

Device-specific improvements are as follows:
* Some of the SoC DTS stuff has been upstreamed and therefore dropped
from here (the rest, which constitutes most of the aport patches, has
been cleaned up and will land in 6.19)
* Dropped some unnecessary reserved memory (~65.5MiB)
* Power domain support added (fixes IOMMU probing and will be useful
for some other stuff)
* Added a workaround for the WiFi firmware crashes
* Fixed `kconfig check` complaints

Use gcc6 and add a few shared patches to make the kernel (and
menuconfig) build again. Since it now works, move the aport back to
downstream.
The "new" initramfs does not work without an extra initfs, so enable
that. Delete a few redundant deviceinfo properties while at it.
Finally, change the red tint fix to a Kconfig option instead of a patch.
