kconfigcheck: add more USB peripherals

- ensure MIDI 2.0 is enabled in the USB audio driver
- ensure UASP is enabled for faster storage access
- ensure USBNET framework is enabled for more Ethernet drivers
(many particular USB_NET_* drivers have default 'y' in kconfig)

systemd/systemd-services: rename tracker/localsearch filenames to match dbus
...
This fixes D-Bus activation for LocalSearch services.
Note that in the repo, the *filenames* for these are still 'tracker', but
the Meson build system installs them under new 'localsearch' names!

Add the new non-qcom name from phy-qcom-snps-eusb2 (only in linux-next so
keep the old name as well for now), and add the missing repeaters for USB
ports on many WoA laptops (ptn3222 for USB-A and ps883x for USB-C).

linux-next: hotfix for missing driver in the build for qcom snps usb phy
...
The current linux-next packages are missing the driver for the eUSB PHY
which breaks USB on Qualcomm laptops. This happened because the driver
was moved out of the Qualcomm subdirectory and the config variable has
changed [1].. but the arm64 defconfig was not yet updated to match!
