Fix "pmbootstrap init" (provider package was removed).
postmarketOS/pmaports!7075 dropped support for selecting the msm8916
rproc option during "pmbootstrap init".

The busybox-static packages were used by devices using the obscure
"isorec" boot method (that I originally introduced with the
samsung-i9100, based on what I saw in the downstream kernel repo at the
time IIRC). This method is fairly limited, e.g. we can't append a
cmdline easily according to MR 6917. After the samsung-i9100 has been
switched over to use u-boot in MR 6921, all users of busybox-static are
now in device/archived/. Let's remove the busybox-static packages so
there are less packages we need to sync with Alpine.

xdg-user-dirs defines the location of default user folders like
~/Documents, ~/Downloads, ~/Music, etc, and when they don't exist it'll
make sure they're created.
These are folders people will expect to exist on any installation.

Crossdirect redirects archivers (gz, bzip2, ...) to their native
versions when cross compiling. This works e.g. when extracting sources or
packing the .apks at the end of the build. But it currently fails when
such an archiver gets called during package().
For example with bootchart2:
>>> bootchart2: Entering fakeroot...
...
gzip -c bootchart2.1 > /home/pmos/build/pkg/bootchart2/usr/share/man/man1/bootchart2.1.gz
Error relocating /native/usr/lib/libfakeroot.so: unsupported relocation type 6
Error relocating /native/usr/lib/libfakeroot.so: unsupported relocation type 6
Error relocating /native/usr/lib/libfakeroot.so: unsupported relocation type 1
Error relocating /native/usr/lib/libfakeroot.so: unsupported relocation type 6
Fix this by running the foreign arch version when it gets called in a
fakeroot.

This package was supposed to be a provider for postmarketos-fde-unlocker
(see description "Dummy unlocker package for systems without FDE") and
provider_priority=1 (whereas unl0kr has 1000)).
Fix this, so it is in theory possible to install pmOS without unl0kr
again if you want to save a little space and don't need FDE. More
importantly this also fixes bootstrapping a new reposiotry, as we can
now let postmarketos-initramfs makedepend on this package to ensure that
there is one provider for postmarketos-fde-unlocker.

Neither ppc64le nor loongarch64 use vendor kernels, so the old GCCs
packages are not required.
They currently don't build either because of a couple of problems when
building with GCC 15. If we really want to, ppc64le can be re-enabled
once those problems are resolved, since it is supported since GCC 4.9.
loongarch64 needs a much newer GCC.

[ci:skip-build]: just disabling some arches
I dropped 2 patches that seem to have been merged upstream.
I also updated the pkgver format to follow what we do for other forked
pkgs, so hopefully the upstream compat monitoring thing will detect when
this pkg is out of date again
This adds a new patch to fix#3787

This only allowed categories that were aliases (and only categories
under those), but stuff like `pmb:kconfigcheck-uefi` was flagged as an
invalid option by the linting.
This change parses aliases AND all categories in the kconfigcheck and
allows those as options.

I chose this device pkg name because it's descriptive, this pkg doesn't
support the 'idevice' things or x86_64 or PPC Macs. I didn't include
"generic" because, while it supports Macbooks, (in theory) Mac Minis
and something called Mac Studio, it's not really *that* generic for Mac
computers AND by having the manufacturer be "Apple" it'll show up in pmb
init under "apple." This will make it more intuitive to find, I think.

Alpine's linux-asahi kernel is missing some config for booting on the
macbook M2, and is missing config for supporting other pmOS features /
kconfig checks. It's easier to maintain this kernel downstream for now
so changes can be made easily to support this hardware and functionality
we need.

As a first-stage U-Boot port is now available for this device, adapt the
device package to use it.
NOTE: Currently, EFI boot is unsupported, because of this device having
to send a specific SMC command on kernel launch, if this is not done,
then the device will crash after ~30s with weird errors, and access to
peripherals shared with the Secure World (for example UFS) will be
unavailable. This is only a temporary workaround for the time being.

The device wiki check currently runs for *all* devices in any given
MR, and can sometimes fail (e.g. if someone edits the wiki for some
unrelated device.) It's not fair to block MRs for devices when the
check fails on unrelated devices. This changes the default behavior to
only run on devices that are changed in the branch. This also adds an
`--all` flag that restores the previous behavior, this could be run on
the pmaports master branch to test general compliance for all devices
without blocking MRs where the check fails for unrelated devices.
