Jens Reidel bed66181bb kconfigcheck: Add missing dependencies 
I am working on a RISC-V kernel that uses fragments and ran into a
couple of warnings / errors due to missing configs that resulted in some
other kconfigchecks failing. This fixes all of the errors I ran into.

I had originally overlooked that this was necessary. If
INSTALL_MOD_STRIP=1 is set when invoking modules_install, we need to set
LLVM=1 to ensure that llvm-strip is used instead of GNU binutils strip.

Aster Boese bcaa488e8c kconfigcheck: remove HID_BPF and its dependencies 
HID_BPF conflicts with CLANG_CFI, which we want to enable in the near future.
It also doesn't seem that HID_BPF is particularly useful for postmarketOS as
a whole, so it should be fine to remove.

Bart Ribbers 795ff77a2d main/postmarketos-base-ui-plasma: depend on polkit systemd for systemd installations 
Since 23e7b54acd488afbf30c666e2b17b8fa2f37970d in aports
polkit-kde-agent-1 doesn't pull in polkit-elogind anymore which seems to
also have caused the systemd installations in postmarketOS to not pull
in polkit-systemd anymore. Since that's a package that should be pulled
in from a meta package anyway (so they can differ per init system
properly) we should pull it in now as otherwise the keyboard input does
not work on SDDM (and there are probably more problems without it as
well).

Rudraksha Gupta 72dbafa432 Remove apq8064 kernel 
This kernel shouldn't exist. msm8960 devices, like the expressatt,
already use the linux-* mainline kernels and the apq8064 is very related
to the msm8960. Let's deprecate this kernel and shift the devices that
depend on the apq8064 kernel onto the mainline kernels.

Jens Reidel 7c8101aa9a systemd/polkit: fix polkit-elogind provider priority 
polkit-elogind has provider priority 10 in Alpine, so it would actually
end up preferred over the systemd polkit. Fix this by increasing the
priority of the provider. This went unnoticed so far because pmbootstrap
always preferred providers with exact name matches so far.

Stefan Hansson c44545a8b7 main/postmarketos-ui-moonlight: set pmb:drm 
This UI uses Cage as compositor which depends on wlroots and thus won't
work without DRM.

Stefan Hansson 92e5569199 main/postmarketos-ui-mediaberry: set pmb:drm 
Mediaberry seems to use a wlroots-based Wayland compositor forked from
tinywl. As wlroots doesn't support running without DRM unless you do
some funny workarounds like running inside an X.Org session, I'm
confident our Mediaberry UI won't work without DRM as-is.

Stefan Hansson 34a4c68365 main/postmarketos-ui-lomiri: set pmb:drm 
It seems like Mir, Lomiri's compositor, does require DRM based on a
quick web search[1]. I didn't actually attempt to verify it beyond that.
While it probably doesn't require DRM if you use whatever backend Ubuntu
Touch uses for its non-mainline devices, we probably don't have the
userspace required for that to work anyway. So given the lack of
evidence that it would work without DRM, let's just assume that's the
case unless someone finds out otherwise.

Robert Eckelmann 37cdda5adb kconfigcheck: adjust requirements for IP_NF_IPTABLES_LEGACY & IP6_NF_IPTABLES_LEGACY 
These legacy options fail the kconfig check of `linux-google-nyan` which
is currently at 6.6.17. This was discovered during the step to update
the kconfig during !7273.

According to
https://cateee.net/lkddb/web-lkddb/IP_NF_IPTABLES_LEGACY.html and
https://cateee.net/lkddb/web-lkddb/IP6_NF_IPTABLES_LEGACY.html were
introduced with Kernel version 6.9

Bart Ribbers eab37a8f47 systemd/plasma-workspace: replace patch to fix crash for a proper one from upstream 
Same as 6afd6efed92708058f3d2b1a52e83a9315387c3c in aports.

Rather than basically disabling the fuzzy search function this actually
fixes the problem and fuzzy search works again.

Jens Reidel b9102ac571 linux-next: Build with clang instead of GCC 
As far as I can tell, the intent was always to use clang, but building
with LLVM=1 CC=gcc will result in building with GCC and LLVM binutils
and LLD.
