Oliver Smith fcaffd5ecd Revert "systemd/gdm: revert to pkgrel=1" 
This reverts commit 3136413814. I made a
mistake there, the pkgrel of the current binary packages is at -r2.

Oliver Smith b5362184ce systemd: revert some of the pkgrel bumps 
Revert some of the pkgrel bumps from 7429bed2 ("*/*: bump pkgrels of
packages with systemd subpackages"), as they fail for various reasons in
BPO now that are unrelated to rebuilding with the latest abuild +
systemd patch. We can't fix all of them now (I've already spent some
significant time firefighting here today...), so let's unblock BPO and
all pmaports users who currently need to build all of the systemd
packages themselves until BPO finishes the repo, and will also run into
the same errors when trying to build those packages in particular.

Oliver Smith 6ce0f6b1db systemd/gnome-settings-daemon: add dep systemd-dev 
Add the missing makedepend to systemd-dev. For some reason this has
mostly worked previously, I guess because systemd-udev got pulled in to
replace eudev, which then also caused systemd-dev to get installed. This
even was the case on my local system when I initally tried to reproduce
this. Only after using BPO's current WIP repos I was able to reproduce
the behavior on BPO, and verify that this fixes the bug.

Antoine Martin ba9a20264a device-pine64-pinenote: add partition-table 
* add `partition-table.txt` which sets the partition table using
`rkdeveloptool`. Due to lack of support from pmbootstrap, currently has
to be done manually.  Comments are added in `deviceinfo` to make that clear.
* removes from `deviceinfo` `deviceinfo_sd_embed_firmware` as unused.

Bart Ribbers 1b091bd281 google-sargo: install config for plasma-camera 
The google-sargo is not quick enough to handle the default plasma-camera
settings. The resolution is a setting too high so this sets it back to
720p which works well enough.
The codec is set to default but I'm adding it to make sure it's
something we know works when the upstream default changes.

The app still says the codec can't keep up but we can't get much better
out of it currently.

Casey Connolly 5613801b5b device-qcom-rbx: new aport 
Add a generic device target which can boot on any of the Qualcomm
RB3/5/3Gen2 boards via systemd-boot. The boards are expected to have
U-Boot flashed as per the U-Boot documentation.

Val Packett 271d477d45 systemd/systemd-services: rename tracker/localsearch filenames to match dbus 
This fixes D-Bus activation for LocalSearch services.

Note that in the repo, the *filenames* for these are still 'tracker', but
the Meson build system installs them under new 'localsearch' names!
