This was enabled in the "default" runlevel during upgrades, which is an
error, since it depends on bootmisc, which is in "boot" runlevel

[ci:skip-build]: Already built successfully in CI.
And enable it by default, since it's a sensible thing to do.
This makes the bootmisc config file unnecessary, since it was only
used before to make sure that /tmp was wiped on every boot.
Mounting /tmp as a tmpfs will be skipped if:
* The user or maintainer configured deviceinfo_tmp_as_tmpfs_size=0
* If they didn't but the device has less than 2GB of RAM
* And in any case, if it is already mounted, to respect users that
might have it in /etc/fstab
The options for mounting /tmp has been copied from my local debian
tmp.mount service. The only real difference is that we are mounting it
after /etc/fstab, and they do so before.

This allows GNOME Settings to display our wallpapers. And most
remarkably, it allows people to switch back to the original wallpaper
if they ever happen to change it.

This was a fallout from the /usr/share relocation, only found and
reported now by z3ntu. If the device package happened to be installed
later, then the link would point to the wrong location.

Something seems to have gone wrong in our rebuild and sync of pulseaudio
with alpine upstream. And user feedback points that building armv7 devices
with LTO is actually broken in our builders. In alpine, they enabled lto
in pulseaudio very long ago (f46174365b219fe431890df3df7e7dc488c9451e 08-09-22)
and nobody as complained so far. Since it's not really a phone-specific package,
one would hope that more people upstream would have noticed if it were broken
there. Since nobody has, we assume this is a downstream problem, and just
unconditionally disable lto in our build. We hope this will be just a temporary
workaround, until the patches that prompted the fork are no longer needed, and
we can simply use upstream pulseaudio, that shouldn't be broken.

Previously, every device package would package its own /etc/deviceinfo
file, generating a conflict with every other device package. In a
previous commit we have moved the path to /usr/share/deviceinfo, but
we still want to install a sample "/etc/deviceinfo" file to guide
users on how to use the new features. This has the additional benefit
that there is only one of those files in the whole distro. However,
there is no dependency ordering between the device packages and
devicepkg-utils, so there's no warranty of which will be installed
first. Therefore, to avoid a conflict on most likely every user
upgrade, we use postmarketos-mvcfg.
In the process, add some tests and do some renaming on the existing ones, and
remove the workaround for #2228, will be solved appropriately in a follow-up
commit.

need to execute manual steps to get sensible timezone configurations.

Since the modules are going to be installed into the initfs, it makes
sense to use a more verbose naming for the file. Otherwise there's the
risk of getting confused with other type of module files that exist in
device packages.
Fixes 65be0d7e81
Make it possible to load modules from the file installed by devicepkg-dev,
that will be there when extra modules are needed. This is coded in a
backwards-compatible way, so that it can be independent of the main modules
MR.
The code changes create a new function which takes a list of modules
and possibly a file (that should contain a list of modules too). The
idea is to be able to support also loading modules for initramfs-extra
in the future, and having a similar file would be more convenient than
extracting all the modules each time. In addition, the "[ -d /lib/modules]"
check has been removed. If there's no modules directory, as all
modules might be built-in, modprobe will fail, but that will not be
fatal. This will most likely only exclusively happen in some android
downstream kernel, so it should not be a big concern.
Most UIs already implicitly depend on this in some way, and from the
user-facing point of view, it is sensible to have the full DB of timezones
available, in case the user wants to swap timezone or requires working
with them in different ways. Having it as a explicit dependency makes more
sense than relying on backward dependencies.

The forked version includes some new API, but the maintainer wants to
have things as-close-as-possible to upstream. Since APK mostly keeps track
of libraries versions, having the same API version as upstream (there's no
stable ABI for mutter), makes it possible for APK to confuse with non-mobile
mutter. By having an unrealistic API version, we make sure this does not happen
to us.

Needed by GNOME Software since
https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/Cogitri/apk-polkit-rs/-/merge_requests/45
GNOME Software is often installed in GNOME UI's through pmb_recommends,
but it's not a dependency in any way. To avoid spilling this service
enablement everywhere, add just the openrc subpackage from the daemon.
That means that if GNOME Software is not installed or gets uninstalled,
the daemon will crash on startup. That should not be a big deal though.

As a preparation for #1836, move the sourcing of deviceinfo to its own
function. This should allow to have a single point in the whole of the
initramfs for the sourcing of the deviceinfo, instead of every script
that needs it sourcing it. This allows to change the way deviceinfo is
sourced in the future with a lot less effort.
Get the githooks from alpine, with the following changes:
* Make it possible to parse the additionally nested "device" folder
with the exceptions mentioned in our COMMITSTYLE
* Ignore "device/*" as a possible prefix for the commit
* Replace abuild references with pmbootstrap

The previous `provides="mkinifs=3.6.0"` was a requirement because alpine's
kernels had a minimum dependency in `mkinitfs>=3.6.0` to make sure that
support for compressed modules existed. That requirement is no longer
in place[1], since the dependency is now on the `initramfs-generator`
virtual package. Also, since `initramfs-generator` is a virtual package
and not a real package, versioning it might mess up APK. The documentation
explictly states that virtual packages are those with unversioned provides
and a provider_priority. So to avoid having problems in the future, let's
strictly stick to it.

There was lately a discussion upstream due to apk 2.12.10 breaking
some packages in aports[1]. The conclusion in IRC is that provides
were designed to be either versioned or have a provider_priority.
Otherwise, the provides will be treated as a "virtual package".
Which is not what we want here.

Helps #1479
The Disable-fullscreen patch from Purism is in principle useful
in mobile, as exiting fullscreen is at least troublesome. However,
the patch has not been upstreamed and, although we could carry it
in alpine for the 42 cycle, the 43 cycle will come with GTK4 support
and the patch will not rebase easily. Therefore, instead of waiting
6 months to drop, lets just drop it now.

XWayland is a phosh dependency. Having it in pmb_recommends adds
nothing and can be confusing, since power users would expect that
removing it from world would remove the package. That will never
be the case since phosh depends on it.

Shared package for shared gnome and phosh ui configurations
Additionally, added missing dependencies:
Both Phosh and GNOME need elogind to do sleep inhibition and to
provide pam modules. gnome-bluetooth has some small udev rule
that helps marking devices for rfkill. Given that most devices
in pmOS have a bluetooth, this should be useful as a dependency.
These were most likely copied from phosh, but not necessary in
GNOME. They safe space in the interface, but GNOME Shell is really
not that useful in very narrow devices, so adding a configuration
for such cases should be unnecessary.
The dconf configuration and installation file was needed because the
schemas `sm.puri.phoc.application.org-gnome-maps` and
`sm.puri.phoc.application.firefox` are not schemas that can be overriden.
The actual schema is `sm.puri.phoc.application`, which is a relocatable
schema. Therefore, we could use an override to specify the default,
but with a simple configuration file, gsettings cannot relocate the
schema. Therefore, the dconf configuration makes sense for these kind
of schemas. For regular schemas that can be overriden with an override
file, it is simpler to just use it.
Phosh takes care of it in a smarter way[1]. The custom override also has the
consequence of never showing closing buttons in docked mode, which can be
an inconvenience.
[1] https://gitlab.gnome.org/World/Phosh/phosh/-/blob/main/src/docked-manager.c#L292-L295
Or in case the lines change with time:
```C
phosh_docked_manager_set_enabled (PhoshDockedManager *self, gboolean enable)
if (enable)
g_settings_reset (self->wm_settings, WM_KEY_LAYOUT);
else
g_settings_set_string (self->wm_settings, WM_KEY_LAYOUT, "appmenu:");
```
Phosh already installs these schemas by default[1] and makes them specific
to the Phosh desktop. Originally these might have been needed because
either Phosh didn't ship the overrides or/and tinydm wasn't setting the
environment variable XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP properly[2]. To verify that the
behavior of the Phosh override is working as expected one can do the following
from an ssh session (so that the full DE envvars are not set):
```bash
$ export DISPLAY=:0 # so that gsettings reset works
$ gsettings reset org.gnome.desktop.interface clock-show-date
$ gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.interface clock-show-date # false
$ sudo rm /usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/000-postmarketos.gschema.override
$ sudo glib-compile-schemas --strict /usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/
$ gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.interface clock-show-date # true (which is the default)
$ export XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=GNOME:Phosh
$ gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.interface clock-show-date # false (from phosh override)
```

firefox scaling was set to true before `mobile-config-firefox` existed.
In new installations false is the default, so explicitly stating false is
only necessary for upgrades. Since the default was changed in one and a half
years ago in fef3af0d75 when the
package was still in version 4, removing it should not have any impact. If
anybody had an edge installation not upgrade for more than 1.5 years, it would
definitely be wiser to reinstall than to upgrade.
AppStream data for postmarketOS has been removed until the new format
without a double "--" is deployed. Otherwise transition will be a pain
and we would have to take care of it downstream.
