Clayton Craft 5cbd09c81c kconfigcheck: rust: disable DEBUG_INFO_BTF 
When this config is enabled along with LTO (from the "hardening"
category), the kernel build system disables rust support.

These options are added to a new category, "rust" since it's only
necessary for kernels with rust support enabled.

Jens Reidel 5800491bb1 {device,firmware,linux}-samsung-coreprimeve3g: move to downstream 
Putting this into testing in the first place was not correct, the device
uses a downstream kernel. This was correctly pointed out by knuxify in
the MR that added the device already.

Jens Reidel a0a9374f07 device-qcom-sm7150: Build image with subpartitions again 
Turns out U-Boot is actually capable of reading loop devices, so this
simplifies things quite a bit for users during install.

Qs315490 416017bd34 xiaomi-latte: new device (Xiaomi Mi Pad 2) 
The kernel version has been updated to mainline 6.16.0 and successfully compiled and tested.

Due to the device's specific requirements, it enforces the use of Secure Boot.
Disabling Secure Boot will reset it back to enabled after several reboots or DNX Fastboot sessions.

I had to resort to using shim and a self-signed certificate.

Achill Gilgenast b4c55cbd90 systemd/systemd-services: remove a few upstreamed services 
Should be pretty safe. It just removes subpackages where all
containing files are upstreamed in Alpine. It also doesn't contain
removals that are still in other MRs by me, that might need related
changes.

The only thing that technically could break is differences between our
services and upstream, I tried to look that they are very similar but I
could missed the one or another, but most were upstream's anyway.

Casey Connolly eaf6ff6567 CI: don't deploy docs from scheduled pipelines 
The package auto-update runs in a scheduled pipeline, it should be
the only job that runs however a discrepency in the rules for the
deploy-docs job results in it running as well.

To mitigate this, add an additional rule to never run the job in a
scheduled pipeline.

Let postmarketos-base-nofde provide a specific version of
postmarketos-fde-unlocker, so pmbootstrap considers the package for
installation. From pmb/helpers/pmaports.py:_find_package_in_apkbuild():

  # automatically selected
  if "=" not in provides_i:
      continue

Fix for bootstrapping new repositories, which currently fails with:

  ERROR: postmarketos-initramfs: dependency not found: postmarketos-fde-unlocker

...when trying to build postmarketos-cros-common or
device-valve-jupiter.

Remove various upstreamed and move downstream tuning files into a
folder instead of wrapping them in patches.

Also sync up a bit to the alpine package by adding dependencies and the
python package.

Note: unfortunately this release does not contain the GPU-ISP. There
are various improvements to the SW-ISP, the simple pipeline handler and
other areas which should improve the experience on various devices with
pmOS, though.

Luca Weiss f208372359 device/*: fix build due to abuild breaking changes 
Since abuild 3.16.0_rc1 split functions are executed in $pkgdir. And
built files in build() are no longer showing up in "$srcdir" but are in
$pkgdir now apparently.
