Achill Gilgenast 497a1c0ebe main/postmarketos-ui-plasma-bigscreen: pre-install jellyfin-desktop & kodi 
Both are featured on the homepage of Plasma Bigscreen and can be usefull
for Plasma Bigscreen users.

As Kodi has a similar project goal as Plasma Bigscreen, yet more
features, move it to a -extras subpackage, so that pmbootstrap users
can toggle that off.

jellyfin-desktop's default .desktop-file uses the PC-mode, but to adjust
to Bigscreen, append --tv to Exec=.

Achill Gilgenast a7665377ae systemd/phosh: backport patch for extending app startup timer 
Helps UX on slower devices like the PinePhone a lot, let's backport it.

Achill Gilgenast 5abbd0f865 systemd/postmarketos-base-systemd: add preset for io.github.kolunmi.Bazaar.service 
If the user installed bazaar, the service makes sure to e.g. continue
downloading apps and refresh flatpak metadata (which should make startup
faster) while being closed.

Note that we currently don't pre-install bazaar on any UI, but will
bring a benefit to those who choose to manually install it.

Achill Gilgenast e38532b7f7 ci: relax pkgrel changes for packages that don’t have remote sources 
Motivation is to avoid unnecessary overhead for MR authors & no reason to
actually use pkgrel for meta-packages.

So instead, recommend pkgver-bumps & pkgrel=0 for metapackages, but don't
block MRs when they bumped the "wrong" one. Just make everyone's life easier.

The config file got moved to the new chrony-common package, so we must
"replace" this subpkg, so apk doesn't fails when replacing the file

Enables the "Sharing"-panel in g-c-c for file & media sharing between
local computers.

Don't need a user preset, since they should be disabled by default, but
can be enabled in g-c-c.

Might need more configuration for mDNS/Avahi/zeroconf to work, but can be done

Achill Gilgenast 854721bdba main/postmarketos-base-ui-gnome: depend on gnome-backgrounds 
All GNOME-like UIs should install the backgrounds to get a few default
ones to choose from in g-c-c. ui-gnome previously pulled them in per
`gnome`-pkg, ui-gnome-mobile previously depended on the wallpapers
directly. So only phosh has a actual effect.

Moved them to a seperate repository with meson as buildsystem. That
makes it much more maintainable in a single repository, suitable for
upstreaming in Alpine, allows other distros to use it, and cleans up
A LOT of tech dept.

Achill Gilgenast 7f8facc9d8 main/postmarketos-release-upgrade-notification: new aport 
Previously the process was that once a branch is EOL, the
notification-commit was cherry-picked from the branch before.

However that makes less sense, since the package then doesn't go
through the same mass updates as pmaports master does, e.g. it still
referenced gitlab.com & -gtk3, and doesn't allow changes by contributors
other than the one cherry-picking it.

Achill Gilgenast 673a7c3a73 systemd: fix source= formatting 
Is the common used way in Alpine, we don't have any style changes documented
in Alpine right now, but it is WIP and it would certainly documented be like that.
This then would also fix the nightly-builder replacing of source=.

Achill Gilgenast 0a089c12f1 */*: use consistent pkgver scheme for Alpine forks 
Standardize the use of pkgver=9999$_pkgver, allowing easier upgrades but
also a single expected behaviour for users like nightly-builder.

Achill Gilgenast 25bb4d4ea1 systemd/pipewire: lower preferance to install pipewire-pulse than pulseaudio 
For some reason, apk preferred to satisfy g-s-d's pulseaudio dependency
by pipewire-pulse-9991.4.9-r1 (with k=1) and not pulseaudio-17.0-r7
(with k=10), and therefore didn't respect provider_priority but pkgver.

This then resulted in the apk solver preferring
pmos-base-ui-audio-pipewire over -pulseaudio, because the
!pipewire-pulse dep by -pulseaudio wasn't satisfiable.

* Add me as co-maintainer of QEMU packages to fulfill main requirements
* Add people interested in maintainance to their packages
* device-google-snow now has no maintainer, if someone is interested,
  please add yourself as maintainer, otherwise it has to be dropped

As we all know they are inactive nowadays, the maintainer variables
should reflect the reality who cares/is responsible about a package, and
inactive members are not. And waiting for a inactive maintainer 2 weeks
is just staling the MR.

Thanks for all the work Minecrell & Jenneron, and feel free to add
yourself again if you're back again.
