Clayton Craft a8bf624bb4 ci/shellcheck: ignore SC3043 warnings about use of 'local' (MR 4340) 
This configures shellcheck in CI to ignore the use of the 'local'. Using
'local' to support variable scoping can prevent a lot of nasty bugs in
shell scripts.
Ash supports 'local', even though it's not a POSIX sh thing. It's used
extensively in our init.sh script, and many Alpine scripts use it.

Alistair Francis b567653505 temp/gtk+3.0: Fix Phosh boot splash (MR 4332) 
For the splash screen to correctly dismiss itself without
hitting the timeout, we need a Gtk patch.

This is described in the Phosh release notes:

The patch isn't in upstream yet, but there is an open PR:

Mobian also carries the patch:

So let's add the patch to pmOS as well. This fixes the Phosh splash
screens so they now disapear when the application is ready.

Michal Kazior d663d4d678 main/linux-postmarketos-allwinner: add CP210X module (MR 4326) 
This allows use of some USB peripherals that
utilize the CP210X serial chip.

This includes not only mere UART-to-USB adapters,
but also some devices like GPS, Zigbee dongles,
etc.

Switch to urxvt terminal in order to provide a scrollable terminal. Scrolling
is convoluted in st [1], especially when used on a mobile device.

Scrolling is a basic need, e.g. to page through `dmesg` output.

Pablo Correa Gómez 04abb5b1a7 main/postmarketos-base: migrate wrong timezone configurations (MR 4308) 
So that old installations that run setup-timezone without "-i" do not
need to execute manual steps to get sensible timezone configurations.
