Aster Boese	b3ec402e42	linux-postmarketos-apple-{4,16}k: upgrade to 6.19.0 and sync kconfig Upgrades both kernels to 6.19.0. Syncs both kernel's kconfigs with kconfigcheck and enables the rust kconfigcheck category. Rust is enabled as future-proofing in-case pmOS enables a Rust option so devices can be tested with Rust enabled beforehand. Update the APKBUILD to follow some more recent standards as well. And similar to linux-postmarketos-qcom-msm8974, activate CONFIG_CC_OPTIMIZE_FOR_SIZE and CONFIG_KERNEL_XZ to get the kernel a bit smaller again.
