Caleb Connolly 46ec88715c systemd/cups: restart on upgrade 
Mark cups.service as requiring a restart after package upgrade.
default_systemd will pick this up and generate the post-upgrade script
for us.

Caleb ConnollyandClayton Craft a679e5132c systemd/*: use new abuild systemd helpers 
Adjust everything to use the new systemd abuild helpers. These generate
the post-install/pre-deinstall and post-upgrade scripts automagically,
and abuild now provides some helpers where it's necessary to finegle
things a bit (e.g. see the pipewire-pulse-systemd subpackage).

Caleb Connolly 659b9c4394 systemd: add triggers for reloading/restarting services 
What we want is to reload services that need to be reloaded after
upgrade (those that are marked with needs-reload or needs-restart), to
handle systemctl daemon-reload too, and to reload udev, sysusers,
tmpfiles, etc.

This all needs to be done in a particular order, which we would ideally
do with different triggers (and triggers with consistent ordering!), but
apk can't do that so instead we have this inefficient solution which
will probably do a bunch of useless processing. ah well

Caleb ConnollyandClayton Craft 0ddba42a61 systemd-services: use systemd funcs from abuild 
Use the new default_systemd_install_scripts function from [1]. This
generates the install scripts automatically and detects what services
need to be preset/disabled/reloaded.

default_systemd wasn't used on purpose, see the comment in the patch for
an explanation.

Caleb Connolly 5f74dc3f60 systemd: add stub systemd-apk-macros to get packages building 
Since we have cyclical dependencies we need this stub for everything to
build, once the binary repo is updated to drop all uses we can remove
it.

This is now all handled in abuild directly

panpanpanpan d1143376f8 device-xiaomi-nabu: Remove subpackages and hexagonrpcd to simplify the package (MR 6317) 
As recommended on matrix, there is no need to keep everything in subpackages,
so they are being removed. Also, hexagonrpcd is being removed as it
doesn't work on this device’s soc yet.

Sicelo A. Mhlongo 5f1119f7bb wl1251-cal: extract nvs into pmos firmware search path

Dzmitry Sankouski eda09407de device-samsung-starqltechn: add alsa ucm profiles dependency (MR 6322) 
Starqltechn alsa ucm profiles was included in alsa-ucm-conf-sdm845
repository. Add it to dependency list to get audio working.

Oliver Smith 3240d9fd57 main/postmarketos-mkinitfs: trigger: add skip hint (MR 6325) 
The recent optimization of not running "mkinitfs" during the trigger
script when running in pmbootstrap lead to unexpected behavior for some
use cases: testing initramfs changes and upgrading the initramfs in the
chroot (e.g. with pmbootstrap chroot --image). Let the user know that it
gets skipped and tell them how they can force building a new initramfs,
as discussed with Caleb.

Oliver Smith fda0890ed4 systemd/pipewire: disable tests 
One of the tests fails with a timeout when building through pmbootstrap
and our gitlab CI. Disable it for now, as the package is very similar to
the Alpine package this shouldn't be much of a problem.

Alexey Minnekhanov dc0c90738d linux-postmarketos-qcom-sdm660: upgrade to 6.13.7 
Perhaps the biggest highlight of this release is addition of
Qualcomm Sensor Manager support (thx @Tooniis).

Several little impovements:

 * Notification LED support for clover, laevnder, tulip ( @setotau )
 * missing SDCC block resets were added, several devices ( @alexeymin )
 * missing SD card detect GPIOs were added, several devices ( @alexeymin )
 * SD card instability was fixed, several devices ( @alexeymin )
 * pd_mapper module now supports SDM630/636 ( @alexeymin )
 * numerous dtbs_check warnings fixed, in preparation for upstreaming
 * several commits were dropped, they are now upstream!

Manual config changes:
 * SNS_REG/SMGR modules were enabled
 * LED/QCOM_LPG modules were enabled

FIXME: qrtr as a bus requires some kconfigs to be =y (for SMGR patchset):
 * CONFIG_QRTR=y
 * CONFIG_QRTR_SMD=y
