This daemon configures the modem manager bearers. And
while, due to audio not yet working, this might not yet
be that interesting for VoLTE/VoNR, this configures the
XTRA source and hence increases the chance of a working
GPS with A-GPS and a quick location fix.

GJS 1.86 was released with a port from
libgirepository-1.0 to libgirepository-2.0. That port
requires changes in gnome-shell. However, for now, there
is no gnome-shell-mobile based on 49, so as a hot fix,
this is a backport of those patches only.
Without these, the GNOME Shell will not even get beyond
main.js and as such is unusable even for gdm.

The port 7236 for TCP is registered with IANA by the
Wi-Fi Alliance for use for the Wi-Fi Display Protocol,
a.k.a. Miracast.
To establish the connection, the local DHCP server has to
be allowed to respond to requests on peer-to-peer Wi-Fi
networks.
