George Brooke f2982e9fd3 main/cros-keyboard-map: add systemd service and supporting files 
Using systemd-tmpfiles to create the directory in /tmp seems to be the most systemd way to do it.
The config file for the systemd has a different format because the format of the openrc file doesn't lend itself to being used in a systemd service.

Thanks to @craftyguy for suggested fix.

Val Packett d003ba3bc9 linux-next: hotfix for missing driver in the build for qcom snps usb phy 
The current linux-next packages are missing the driver for the eUSB PHY
which breaks USB on Qualcomm laptops. This happened because the driver
was moved out of the Qualcomm subdirectory and the config variable has
changed [1].. but the arm64 defconfig was not yet updated to match!

Clayton Craft 3b0f9a1b82 systemd/postmarketos-base-systemd: fix issue with locale.conf being ignored 
Shells (and DEs!) that set environment from /etc/profile.d will end
up sourcing 20locale.sh from alpine-baselayout. This file will set
`LANG=C.UTF8`, and this will override whatever systemd-localed/systemd
sets LANG to. In other words, locale.conf is effectively ignored. I
hit this issue when debugging why the date in COSMIC was always `M05`
instead of `May`, and why various COSMIC components failed to detect the
locale (because it was set to C.UTF8)

We can get to a serial shell without setting the getty in the UIs (for
some reason), but when using console=none we need it to be explicitly

Henrik Grimler 29b28552a0 device-raspberry-pi5: add more modules to initfs to fix fde (MR 6536) 
From my testing the different modules are roughly needed due to:

* Without the aes stuff unlock fails with
  trusted_key: encrypted_key: failed to alloc_cipher (-2)

* Without i2c_brcmstb hdmi fails to come up due to
  missing dependencies:
  platform axi:gpu: deferred probe pending: (reason unknown)

* The sound stuff also seems to be a dependency of the drm hdmi driver

Henrik Grimler 2fafb5aaf6 device-raspberry-pi5: drop modules from cmdline (MR 6536) 
We are already passing a list of modules through the modules-initfs
file.  By dropping modules from cmdline we silence this dmesg warning:

[    0.000000] Unknown kernel command line parameters "modules=loop,squashfs,sd-mod,usb-storage", will be passed to user space.

Out of the listed modules, only squashfs is actually built as a module
by linux-rpi, so most of them do not make sense in any case.

Bhushan Shah 4907fec033 systemd/systemd-services: add CAP_WAKE_ALARM to powerdevil 
With systemd 275.x merged, this works as expected and also upstream
changes for this is merged. So, let's enable this here to allow Alarm
clock in Plasma Mobile e.g. to wake up device from suspend.

fossdd 49d5416123 */*: remove --no-rebuild from meson test 
meson 1.7.0 and later don't include test build targets in the default
build target. With --no-rebuild the test targets aren't build at all.
Removing --no-rebuild shouldn't cause any false rebuilds since the files
aren't changed between the build() and check() step.
