apk supports loading the config file from /lib/apk/config since
<https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/apk-tools/-/commit/0186a6aa9d5cc5dd9f4f218bc8bc59b74b21395f>.

Since all systems are now /usr-merged, we can now even have the file in
/usr/lib/!

This repository contains the APKBUILD files for postmarketOS-specific packages, along with the required patches and scripts, if any.
