CONFIG_LOCALVERSION in defconfig is set as a variable that is not considered a valid module name per depmod, causing build failure. This commit adds empty CONFIG_LOCALVERSION to config to unblock build. Part-of: <https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/merge_requests/9063>
