Biswapriyo NathandBart Ribbers 7126f997aa systemd/sddm: set minimum UID to 1000 
Convention on *nix systems is for non system-UID's to start at 1000.
Having the minimum UID set to lower than that means it'll show system
users where not intended.

Fixes a downstream (postmarketOS) reported issue.
