Update modules-initfs while we're at it to provide everything we need for debug-shell and USB setup during initramfs. Remove the nonfree-firmware subpackage since we don't use those anymore. Part-of: <https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/merge_requests/9451>

This repository contains the APKBUILD files for postmarketOS-specific packages, along with the required patches and scripts, if any.
