Adam Thiede 7be6be4312 linux-postmarketos-mediatek-mt8173: upgrade to 6.12 (MR 5816)

Tested working on C330. I can drop the patch for 6.11 regression since
that is fixed now. All the normal stuff works, nothing broken as far as
I can tell. Default config options chosen with pmbootstrap kconfig
migrate.
